The medical pouch has Double zipper, Full zipper clamshell opening and it will open all the way flat so it won't snap shut when you are trying to access medical supplies.

There are two rows of Molle loops on the back

Front exterior: 5.5” x 2” loop field for patches.

The MOLLE pouch has 3 compartments with spacious pockets and strong elastic loops for 1st aid supplies and medical instruments.

The front compartment has 2 nylon D rings for additional attachment points, one big pocket for big instruments and its attached elastic can be used to fix first aid suppliers and other Individual first-aid kit.

The fold out zippered mesh compartment can store small supplies (Note: avoid sharp instrument, like shear scissors etc.).

The back compartment with a Hook & Loop strap, 2 nylon D rings for additional attachment points and 2 pockets to secure large items

There is also a small Hook & Loop strap on the top to keep the compartment closed in the case of a zipper failure. It also contains a large outside strap with buckle that cinches down to compress the pouch even further.

This medical bag is attached to a large Hook & Loop panel and geared with a strong pull handle for rapid removal in case of an emergency.
